On a more serious and hopefully helpfull note, try the following.
Make up a sentence, then replace the letters you can with numbers, capitalize at least 1 letter, add 1 special character(%#@), and you have a very secure password.
Example: Life is for me Password becomes: Lifeis4me!, even more secure, change the i to 1,
and you get L1fe1s4me!
Easy to remember, but even if someone heard you say it, it would takes months to hack it with character substitutions.
Example: i hate mondays Password: 1Hatem0ndays!
